Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian may have split months ago, but that isn't stopping Kris Jenner from visiting the father of her three young grandchildren in rehab. The entrepreneur checked himself into a facility in Malibu, California, on Oct. 16 to be treated for alcohol and substance abuse issues. Kris, 59, was recently spotted at the facility with three adorable little companions in tow.

According to Us Weekly, the Kardashian momager, joined by Mason, 5; Penelope, 3; and Reign Disick, 10 months; visited Scott, 32, Sunday. Kris was reportedly still wearing her blue and white striped pajamas from daughter Kim Kardashian West's "Troop Beverly Hills" themed baby shower earlier that day. According to the publication, Scott checked into the facility in the hopes that it would repair his relationship with Kourtney, 36, and his kids. He is said to know full well that no judge would ever allow him to have unsupervised visits with the children as he is now and hopes getting help will change that.

"Scott is aware that no judge would allow him to take those kids for a weekend in his current state," a source said.

Us reports that Lamar Odom's condition played a large role in his decision to get help, adding that it hit him "hard." Odom, 35, was hospitalized earlier this month after being found unconscious inside Love Ranch South, a legal brothel in Pahrump, Nevada. He was unconscious at Sunrise Hospital, with doctors reporting that the outlook was grim, for four days. On Oct. 16, the same day Scott checked into rehab, Odom reportedly awoke from his coma and spoke to his wife, Kourtney's sister Khloé Kardashian. He has since been transferred to Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles where doctors ran several tests in search of lasting damage to his brain and other vital organs. Odom passed with flying colors, though he is suffering from kidney failure. He has undergone six hours of dialysis daily since being hospitalized. Doctors are working to find a long term solution for Odom that does not include this treatment. It has been reported that he will be put on the transplant list.

This is hardly the first time Scott's given rehab a try. Prior to his current stint the father of three checked into a facility in Costa Rica in March. He was said to be undergoing controversial hallucinogenic treatments for his addiction issues. He was thought to be getting paid for staying at Rythmia Life Advancement Center after the New York Daily News reported that a press release was sent out about his admittance. "Kourtney and Khloé Take The Hamptons" viewers also saw Scott give rehab a try over the summer after drinking too much and overdosing on prescription medications. His stay was short-lived, though he seemed to be on the right track upon returning home.
