Scott Disick accepted help after an alcohol-fueled night in Atlantic City, New Jersey, over the weekend. The father of Kourtney Kardashian’s three children entered a rehab facility in Costa Rica, where he will seek a controversial new hallucinogenic treatment for his alcohol addiction, Us Weekly reported Monday.

Disick, 31, has been the subject of countless tabloid rumors in recent weeks after Star magazine claimed he allegedly proposed to Kardashian’s half sister Kendall Jenner after getting her pregnant. None of the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” stars responded to the gossip, but Disick continued to party at clubs.

He was kicked out of a club in London last week and said the British city “can suck his "d--- and balls” at Harrah’s in Atlantic City Saturday, TMZ reported. He was found stumbling around the hotel at 8 a.m. without his shoes and was brought back to his room by the hotel supervisor.

“I realize my issues are bigger than me, and I’m ready to truly remedy this struggle I continue to battle,” he said in a statement to TMZ.

Disick checked into Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica Monday after his longtime girlfriend reportedly gave him an ultimatum.

The reality star has long struggled with addiction, which only seemed to intensify after his parents died withing three months of each other. This isn’t his first stint in rehab. He last went in June 2014 after he told a friend he thought he was “going to die.”

"I've gone over this in my head so many times to try to live a cleaner life, and for some reason I just keep going back to the same routine," he said on “Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons.” "I've pretty much become a broken record. And I'm sick of hearing myself talk about the problems I have that I don't fix."

Kardashain, 35, has not issued an official statement.
