It's a wrap on "Very Cavallari."

Season 3 of the E! reality show finished airing in March, and ever since fans have been anxious to know if there would be a Season 4. Well, now they finally have the answer and it's not necessarily the one they were hoping for.

In an Instagram post on Tuesday, star of the reality series, Kristin Cavallari, delivered the news that she decided to end the show.

"As I start this new chapter in my life, I have decided not to continue with 'Very Cavallari'," she wrote alongside a photo of her filming in front of a green screen.

"I’ve absolutely loved my time filming and am so grateful to E! Entertainment for making this journey possible. To the fans: I can’t thank you enough for all your support and for keeping up with me all of these years," she added. "I love you guys."

Kristin's announcement comes amid her divorce from former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler. Their relationship was often featured on the show and while that may be one reason why she is ending "Very Cavallari," fans can't help but wonder if it's also because she is joining the cast of "The Hills: New Beginnings."

In March, during a launch party for her Uncommon James jewelry line, the 33-year-old reality star confirmed that she would be making an appearance on the show.

After being coy about a potential cameo on the MTV series reboot Kristin caved and told Entertainment Tonight, "I don't know what I can and can't say... Yeah, I'm going to make an appearance on 'The Hills.'"

As many fans know, Kristin got her start on "Laguna Beach" and although she wasn't part of the original cast of the spinoff, "The Hills," she took over the lead role on the when Lauren Conrad left and maintained it through the end of the series in 2010.

When the "New Beginnings" reboot premiered in 2019, the mother of three couldn't see herself returning to the show in a full-time capacity.

"I would’ve loved to have made a cameo but I don’t think I could’ve gone back to that whole lifestyle," she told HollywoodLife. "As a mom and as a wife — If it was just me and I just had myself to look after, but mentally and emotionally, I could not have gone back to that same place."

Whether or not she is just making a cameo or returning as a full-time cast member to "The Hills: New Beginnings" remains to be seen, but she does seem to have the support of her former costars and veteran cast members Spencer Pratt, Audrina Patridge, and Heidi Montag.

The three recently got together for an episode of "The Speidi Podcast," and all echoed the same sentiment -- that Kristin would make it through this rough patch of divorce just fine. Spencer even teased that fans may be able to see some of her love life after divorce on Season 2 of the show.

"I'm excited for her new chapter—hopefully on 'The Hills,' you know, dating," he said.
