Kristin Cavallari Not Bothered That Jay Cutler Was Jobless After NFL, Source Says

Kristin Cavallari did not care that Jay Cutler was jobless after leaving NFL.

The “Very Cavallari” stars announced their split on Instagram on April 26. They said that they have nothing but love and respect for one another but decided to divorce because they were growing apart.

There were claims that Cavallari filled for divorce because Cutler refused to get a job after his NFL retirement. But an insider told Us Weekly that there is “no truth…whatsoever” to those claims. In fact, Cavallari was not bothered that Cutler was jobless after ending his NFL career. The source said they broke up simply because they “fell out of love.”

“Kristin never had a problem with him retiring. She didn’t find him unmotivated or lazy,” the source added.

In 2017, Cutler left the Chicago Bears to be an NFL sportscaster for Fox. However, he returned to the league later that year and played for the Miami Dolphins with a $10-million contract. He retired for good after one season with his new team.

“He took the Miami Dolphins job because it was a lot of money and way more money than sports broadcasting. Why would he not take that? She never criticized him about not working or not working hard enough. She didn’t care,” the insider added.

Meanwhile, those who have been following Cavallari and Cutler were not surprised by their separation. According to them, the two of them were very different individuals.

“This is not surprising at all. They are complete opposites. Jay is content with staying home and spending time with his family while Kristen was always too worried about the show, her business and her friends,” edkarl12 commented on Cavallari’s split announcement.

In less than a week after their split announcement, Cavallari’s former BFF Kelly Henderson stirred the netizens when she posted a photo of her hanging out with a man who was wearing the same bracelet as Cutler’s. Some online users believed it was Cutler while others were convinced it was another man. Some also said that she was just craving for attention.
