  • SHIB was trading up 0.24% at $0.00001002

Shytoshi Kusama, the pseudonymous lead developer of Shiba Inu, is back on Twitter after a prolonged silence, with a new tweet that seems to hype the Shib Army.

It has been 15 days since Kusama has used the micro-blogging site to connect with the Shib Army. It was on June 19 that he assured the community "things are moving quite well on all fronts" and disclosed that Shib Army "over the next few weeks," SHIB holders "will begin to see the things we've been working on come to fruition at, what looks to be when Shib (and the world) needs it most."

On Sunday, the lead developer shared a cryptic tweet, "Today I write. Tomorrow I will have a LOT to say." This triggered speculations within the community on what Kusama's tweet means.

Reacting to Kusama's tweet, Shiba Inu influencer who goes by the name GossipShib speculated that it could be about the highly anticipated announcement of the launch dates of upcoming SHIB projects, including the Shiba Inu Games, the launch of Shibarium's documentation, details on the graphic studio for the "Shib: The Metaverse," or new updates on SHI and leash, among other things.

Twitter handle Sarah Scotton chimed in and said that Kusama might reveal something about ShibaSwap since Shiba Inu's native decentralized exchange (DEX) is approaching its first anniversary. Meanwhile, Twitter user Shibholder hoped it could be about a new burning mechanism for the community.

Kusama will most likely publish a new Medium blog detailing the latest updates in the Shiba Inu ecosystem as they always do. The pseudonymous lead developer of the dog-themed altcoin has ways with words and his blog posts, which most often show his passion for the community.

The upcoming blog will likely offer a little something about all the incoming projects released this year and the next. It is also possible that Kusama will be on one of the Shiba Inu Discord servers, sharing some details about the latest in the Shiba Inu ecosystem.

The Shibarium documentation is one of the highly anticipated releases since Kusama said it would come ahead of the launch of the Layer-2 solution. Whatever it is, Kusama promised he would "have a LOT to say" Tuesday.

Aas of 2:49 a.m. ET on Monday, SHIB was trading up 0.24% at $0.00001002 with a 24-hour volume of $200,148,556 based on the latest data from CoinMarketCap.
