As fans of "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" know, Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott have been together for several years and are parents to 18-month-old Stormi Webster. Due to the nature of coparenting while not being legally married, some may have wondered what would happen if the two were to ever separate. According to California family law attorney David T. Pisarra, Kylie still may have to pay the "Sicko Mode" rapper child support, even if she were given the most time with their daughter.

"Travis can ask for child support and since his income is significantly lower than Kylie's, even though she may have more custodial time. It's certainly possible that Kylie could even be paying Travis child support even if she has more time, she's very susceptible," Pisarra exclusively explained to HollywoodLife.com.

The reason that could be the case comes from the fact that the courts want to make sure the child is raised in "equivalent homes so that they're not going from two completely different 'rags to riches' experiences," explained the attorney.

However to consider Travis' life to be one of poverty is quite the stretch, as he has been known to put $50K vending machines in his offices and collaborate with Reese's Puffs on custom cereal boxes. Additionally, his 2018 album, "Astroworld," was very succesful and was followed by a lucrative tour.

If the day ever comes that the two married, Scott could be entitled "to half of everything she makes during their marriage unless she gets a good prenup beforehand," added Pisarra. However, such a situation does seem unlikely with her mom, Kris Jenner, overseeing her career and helping her daughter make smart financial moves.
