Kylie Jenner might have to double up on bodyguards after she was attacked by a fan outside a Chris Brown concert Friday night. The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star was leaving the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, with boyfriend Tyga and a few guards when a fan managed to get close enough to Jenner to grab the back of her hair.

In a video posted by TMZ, the fan yanked hard on the 18-year-old's long green wig, causing Jenner's head to snap back. The E! star grabbed her head, but it didn't seem like she was seriously injured.

Jenner and her half-sister Khloe Kardashian were both seen at Brown's concert. The singer is currently on his "One Hell of a Nite" tour. While Jenner hasn't mentioned the fan altercation on her social media pages, the teen did share several Snapchat videos showing Tyga performing "Ayo" on stage with Brown.

Unfortunately, Jenner wasn't the only celebrity to have a slight incident following Brown's concert. Shortly after the show, Brown headed over to the Playhouse nightclub to host an after-party and ended up getting a ticket for leaving his luxury car parked out front at the curb. The "Liquor" singer said he left the car there because a valet was supposed to move it. Check out the video below of Jenner getting attacked by a fan outside the concert.
