Kylie Jenner has been named the highest-paid celebrity of 2020 by Forbes. The magazine’s list also includes personalities like Kanye West, Elton John, Roger Federer, Dwayne Johnson, and Ariana Grande.

According to the publication, the 22-year-old accumulated a total of $590 million over the past year. Most of her earnings came after she sold the 51% percent stake of her company, Kylie Cosmetics, to Coty. The makeup mogul sold it for $600 million and pocketed $540 million before tax.

The announcement comes a week after the media outlet exposed that Jenner is not a billionaire anymore. After reviewing the financial data released by Coty, the publication reported that Jenner’s business is “significantly” smaller and “less profitable” than what “the family has spent years leading the cosmetics industry and media outlets, including Forbes, to believe,” the magazine stated.

Her total net worth is now estimated to be around $900 million.

Meanwhile, her brother-in-law, Kanye West, claimed the second spot on the list. The acclaimed musician earned a total of $170 million, most of it came from his fashion line, Yeezy. The 21-time Grammy-winning artist is also the highest-paid musician of 2020.

On the other hand, legendary singer Elton John has been named the second highest-paid musician with earnings of $81 million.
