Cayna wakes up with a hangover in a remote village in "In the Land of Leadale" Episode 9. The new episode is titled "A Revisit, Mermaids, a Misunderstanding, and Zombies."

The official website has shared the synopsis and spoiler stills of Episode 9. The spoilers suggest Cayna is suffering from terrible headaches, also she could hear something like a song coming from a well.

In order to get to the bottom of it, Cayna summons a beast and dives with it inside the well. The new episode showcases Cayna exploring the depths of this mysterious limestone cave. What will she end up finding there?

In the last episode, after a failed experiment, Lopus created a monster penguin that started destroying the city of Felskeilo.

Cayna was walking back to the town when the Li’l Fairy warned that she needed to head back home. Cayna informed Mye and Lonti about the same and summoned Therwolf.

Back in Felskeilo, Shining Saber instructed his soldiers to help in evacuating the city while he fights the event monster.

He knew that they would need at least 200 players at level 300 to beat this monster, but he was ready to take his chances because he was the knight captain.

“Lopus had messed up an experiment which creates a monster penguin who starts destroying the city of Felskeilo. Cohral and Shining Saber arrive to fight with the monster but are no match for it. Cohral and Shining Saber risk their lives for one final attack against the monster when suddenly, a giant boulder passes by?!” read the officials synopsis of "In the Land of Leadale" Episode 8, as per Crunchyroll.

The cast of the anime includes Eri Yukimura as Cayna, Yuuki Hirose as Luine, Yui Otagiri as Key, Tomokazu Sugita as Kartatz, Tomoya Takagi as Caerick, Kaori Nazuka as Mai-Mai, Sakura Nakamura as Marelle, Azusa Tadokoro as Caerina, Kanako Yanagihara as Lytt and Daisuke Ono as Skargo.

Fans can watch "In the Land of Leadale" Episode 9 online on Crunchyroll this Wednesday. The episode will live stream in Japanese with English subtitles.
