The Salvatore Boarding School for the Young and Gifted is closed for Thanksgiving. The CW’s “Legacies” will not air a new episode on Nov. 28. In fact, The CW isn’t even airing a rerun of the supernatural school drama.

iHeartRadio Music Festival Night 2 will take over the network. The CW will air the two-hour special from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., meaning “Supernatural” is also off for the night. Don’t worry, though. It won’t be a long hiatus.

“Legacies” returns next week. Season 2, episode 7 airs Dec. 5 at 9 p.m. EST, and it’ll deal with the aftermath of everyone remembering Hope (Danielle Rose Russell) again. Unfortunately, it sounds like the trybrid still thinks everyone is better off without her. Meanwhile, Josie (Kaylee Bryant) is still messing with some seriously dark magic.

“After deciding that leaving town would be for the best, Hope gets pulled back in after Josie comes up with a risky plan to close the Malivore portal,” the official episode 7 synopsis teases.

“Elsewhere, Alaric (Matthew Davis) and Dorian (guest star Demetrius Bridges) make an alarming discovery about Professor Vardemus (guest star Alexis Denisof),” the logline says. The audience already knows that Vardemus is actually Ryan, Malivore’s elder son (and Landon’s brother). Will the men figure it out?

That’s not the only bad news. “Rafael (Peyton Alex Smith) learns some upsetting news about Landon’s (Aria Shahghasemi) future,” the summary hints. That’s pretty vague, but it seems very not good.

The promo video, meanwhile, reveals a totally different plot point. There are two Landons. That’s right, the Phoenix has doubled, and while that seems like a good thing for the Josie-Landon-Hope love triangle, it’s probably a bad sign.

“Legacies” returns to the CW next week.
