The Los Angeles Rams are odds-on favorites to win the NFC West in the 2019 NFL season. After losing in Super Bowl LIII to the New England Patriots, L.A. has better odds than any team in the conference to win a division title.

The Rams have -175 betting odds to repeat as NFC West champions at New Jersey’s FanDuel Sportsbook. The Seattle Seahawks come in second with +290 odds, followed by the San Francisco 49ers and their +390 odds. The Arizona Cardinals are extreme long shots with +3500 divisional odds.

Los Angeles is the consensus favorite at online sportsbooks, per OddsShark.

Sean McVay has won the division title in both of his seasons as the Rams’ head coach. The offensive guru led Los Angeles to a seven-win improvement in 2017. The Rams finished two games better in 2018 with a 13-3 record and a first-round bye.

The Rams have led the NFC in points per game in two straight seasons. Jared Goff might have the NFL’s best wide receiving corps at his disposal. Todd Gurley has totaled 40 touchdowns in the last two years. Aaron Donald is the best defensive player in football.

Russell Wilson doesn’t have nearly the same kind of weapons as Goff, but his presence seems to guarantee the Seahawks a winning season. The quarterback has never missed a start since being drafted in 2012, leading Seattle to seven consecutive winning records and six playoff appearances.

The Seahawks have won exactly 10 games in three of the last four years. Seattle’s defense looks much different from years past with the departures of the entire Legion of Boom, Michael Bennett and Frank Clark. Bobby Wagner might be the NFL’s best linebacker and remains with the team.

The 49ers had high expectations in 2018 before a torn ACL prematurely ended Jimmy Garoppolo’s season. It’s hard to know what to expect from the quarterback, considering he’s never started more than five games in a season.

The Cardinals have a real chance to finish as the NFL’s worst team for a second straight season. Arizona could have a lot of growing pains with quarterback Kyler Murray and head coach Kliff Kingsbury both entering their first NFL seasons.
