Karlie Redd could have a new man in her life already. On Season 5 of “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta,” Karlie was in a rocky relationship with singer Lyfe Jennings, but the VH1 star reveals in a sneak peek of part two of the reunion that she’s been spending some time with another one of her co-stars.

In the clip, which aired Sunday night during “VH1 Live!,” Karlie is asked if she would ever give ex-boyfriend Yung Joc another shot. The reality TV star starts smiling and admits that she and the “Coffee Shop” rapper have been “kicking it a lot lately.” Karlie’s friend Jessica Dime and the reunion host Nina Parker are both shocked by her confession. “He called me one day and poured his heart to me,” Karlie explains. “Apologies all day.

After the sneak peek aired Karlie took to Instagram to address her and Joc’s relationship, posting a screen grab of her at the reunion and writing in the caption: “Watching @vh1 live Yep I said it! Hey @joclive.”

Karlie and Joc have definitely come a long way. This time last year Karlie bashed her ex during a backstage interview with VH1.com at the Season 4 reunion. “Joc manipulated me into thinking he wanted something with me when he didn’t,” she said. “…He made me think that he really cared about me when he really didn’t.” Karlie explained that Joc was dating other women while he was dating her and she “can’t stand him” because of it. “I still hold a grudge about it,” she said. “So what, call me Petty Betty if you want because I don’t give a f---.”

Karlie and Lyfe’s relationship went up in smoke towards the end of this season when the singer tricked Karlie into thinking he was proposing, but was actually breaking up with her. In an interview with Bossip’s “Don’t Be Scared” podcast Friday Karlie opened up about her faux proposal saying that she should have known Lyfe wasn’t actually popping the question because he’s a “fake” person. “When you’re a fake from the get-go you can’t even afford to buy — it wasn’t even a bubble gum ring,” she said. “He’s a fake person so I expected a fake ring.”

Part two of the “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” Season 5 reunion airs Monday, Aug. 8 at 8 p.m. EDT on VH1.
