"Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" fans will be seeing one less familiar face when the VH1 series returns for Season 5. Model Margeaux (Margo) Simms, who was introduced on Season 4 as Nikko London's estranged wife, has reportedly been fired.

According to TMZ, Margeaux and her girlfriend Merike Palmiste were supposedly both axed from the show shortly before taping for the upcoming season began. Sources told TMZ Margeaux and Merike were not given an explanation behind them being let go.

As fans will remember, Season 4 documented Margeaux and Nikko's marriage problems stemming from him cheating and making a sex tape with cast member Mimi Faust. The season ended with the model telling Nikko she wanted out of their marriage and revealing she had fallen in love with Merike.

TMZ reports that Margeaux and Merike's romance was supposed to play out on the upcoming fifth season. The outlet also claims the pair had their lawyers send VH1 producers a warning letter because neither one has been released from their contracts, which prohibits them from working on any other TV show.

So far, Margeaux and Merike have not commented on reports that they were fired from "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta."

As previously reported, boxer Adrien Broner quit Season 5 of the show a few months ago after producers allegedly tried to fake a scene with him and current cast member Karlie Redd.

Broner stopped by the Playboy Radio Building to support Karlie's new radio show but the producers supposedly asked the boxer to flirt with the reality star to spice things up. Broner, who is married to Arie Nicole, refused and walked out.

“They tried to get me to basically belittle my wife and I can’t do that,” Broner later told a TMZ photographer.

Season 5 of "Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta" will most likely premiere next year, following Season 6 of "Love & Hip Hop: New York," which debuts Monday Dec. 14.
