A 76-year-old Indiana man has been arrested for allegedly paying an Iowa mother to send him pictures and videos of her having sex with her 8-year-old son.

The man was identified as Henry Winchip, of the Valparaiso area. He has been charged with felony counts of child exploitation and possession of child pornography, Madison.com reported, citing court records.

The 33-year-old mother of the 8-year-old victim was being held in the Muscatine County Jail as of Friday. She was charged with incest, second-degree sexual abuse and sexual exploitation of a minor.

The woman allegedly sent Winchip on July 23 six photos and seven videos of her performing various sex acts on her son, including one image that allegedly showed her face, police said. According to authorities, Winchip allegedly wired the mother $187 the following day.

The alleged incident was uncovered by the child’s father, who told police that he allegedly found videos on his cellphone of his girlfriend sexually abusing one of their sons on Aug. 12. Text messages allegedly showed that she sent the videos and photos to Winchip in exchange for money in July.

The mom and Winchip have known each other since she was a teenager, the woman told authorities. Charging documents alleged that she performed “odds and ends” work at the 76-year-old man’s home in the past.

"This relationship later evolved to (the child's mother) sending sex videos to Hank for cash,” court documents said.

Police said the woman denied that the male in the videos she sent to Winchip was her son.

The victim's father also told police that the mother allegedly approached him and informed him about the request of Winchip for the woman to perform sex acts on video with her son. The father told police that he informed her he had no interest in participating.

"(The father) stated he was 100% confident that the male in the videos was his son," police said, adding that the 42-year-old man pointed out a birthmark that allegedly confirmed it was his 8-year-old boy and not his 12-year-old son.

However, the young victim said during an interview with investigators that his father allegedly forced them to do the videos and that his mother "fake child molested him," according to a court document.

The child said the alleged videos were shot at their apartment and a hotel where they used to live in Muscatine, Iowa. He also alleged that his father and mother would take turns in recording the videos and that he was aware the recordings were being sent to Winchip, charging information stated.

The father said he knew about Winchip and alleged that the older man would frequently send them money. The dad has not been charged in the case as of Friday, the report said.

Winchip admitted to having paid the child's mother for sexual videos for years and receiving videos via text messages of the woman and her son engaged in sex acts, police said. He claimed he believed the boy to be between 10 and 12 years old, according to authorities.
