A man from Monroe County, Pennsylvania, who was out on bail in a sexual assault case, was arrested again Friday for sexually assaulting his pet dog.

The incident came to light May 24 when police received a complaint from a woman alleging that 25-year-old Justin James Kraeber had been engaging in sexually explicit conversations. The woman told police that during the conversations, Kraeber told her he had sex with dogs. Investigation revealed the accused also recorded and shared videos of himself engaging in sex with his pet dog.

Kraeber was previously arrested in September on charges of indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor and child endangerment after investigators found texts from the accused stating he was having sexual contact with a four-year-old girl. The investigators also found web searches related to sexual assault of children. Kraeber was released on bail in April and was awaiting trial in the case.

Kraeber was taken into custody again Friday and charged with sexual intercourse with an animal. According to the records, Kraeber was being held without bail because “no monetary amount is sufficient to ensure compliance with bail conditions.” The Pennsylvania state police was investigating the incident.

In a similar incident in April, a woman from Ooltewah, Tennessee, was charged with sexually assaulting a child and a dog. Investigators conducted a search warrant on 33-year-old Teela Moore Hendrix’s mobile phone and found child pornography, including an instance showing her sexually assaulting a child. Investigators found another video on the phone that showed Hendrix sexually abusing a dog. During interrogation, Hendrix admitted to making the videos. She was taken into custody and charged with aggravated sexual battery and criminal offenses against animals.
