Even though only a handful of teams have officially earned a bid to the 2022 NCAA Tournament, it’s not too early to start betting on the Final Four. The odds suggest that a small group of contenders have a very good chance to win their respective regions in the March Madness bracket.

Gonzaga is the biggest favorite to make the Final Four with -120 odds at DraftKings Sportsbook. Kentucky and Arizona are next with +150 odds to make the Final Four. Purdue (+250), Duke (+275), Kansas (+275) and Auburn (+275) all have better than 3/1 Final Four odds.

Defending national champion Baylor (+300) is the only other team with better than 6/1 Final Four odds.

After winning the WCC Championship Tuesday, Gonzaga has clinched a spot in the NCAA Tournament. The Bulldogs are expected to be named the No. 1 overall seed in the entire bracket. Gonzaga’s odds indicate that the team is more likely than not to reach the Final Four.

Gonzaga was unbeaten last season until losing to Baylor in the national championship game. The Bulldogs also reached the Final Four in 2017.

Arizona won the Pac-12 with 12 wins in its last 13 games. The Wildcats would almost certainly clinch a No. 1 seed by winning the conference tournament.

Kansas won a share of the Big 12 regular-season championship with Baylor. Kentucky finished behind Auburn in the SEC standings.

The Jayhawks and Wildcats are favored to win their respective conference tournaments. Doing so could give each team a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament.

Winning the SEC Tournament would probably give Auburn a No. 1 seed. The Tigers spent multiple weeks ranked first in the AP Top 25 Poll. Auburn finished first in a conference that features four top-15 teams at the start of conference tournament week.

Purdue finished third in the Big Ten standings. The Boilermakers are favored to win the Big Ten Tournament over the likes of Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin.

Duke probably needs to win the ACC Tournament in order to earn a No. 1 seed in March Madness. The Blue Devils have lost four games in a weak conference.

Of the last 24 teams to reach the Final Four, 11 have been a No. 1 seed.
