Martha Stewart just had her very first Uber experience, and she documented it on Instagram for all to see. Unfortunately, the service didn’t leave a great first impression.

“I ordered the most expensive version to pick me up on Fifth Avenue and 57th street in front of Tiffany’s,” Stewart, who has a net worth of $300 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth, wrote on Instagram. “The first Uber did not show up. The second Uber came ten minutes later and parked halfway down 57th street where I could not see the license plate.”

For anyone that hasn’t used a rideshare service in a heavily-populated area, like New York City, if a car doesn’t park very close to your current location, it would be hard to find it in the sea of traffic. Luckily, the lifestyle guru ended up locating the Uber, but unluckily, it wasn’t a car one would want to find.

The driver started out going east when the “Martha & Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party” star had to go southwest and it took 20 minutes to make the change in direction. Overall, the trip took a just over an hour. To make it even worse, she had to sit in a car that “was a mess inside and out,” which she shared pictures of the dirty interior on Instagram along with these details of her adventure.

Despite having a bad first experience with the service, Stewart shared that she does “want Uber to succeed!”
