Maxim Hot 100 List: Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Rihanna And More Make The Cut [PHOTOS]

Maxim has released its highly anticipated Hot 100 list, and Miley Cyrus is No. 1.

The former Disney star revealed that she topped the list this year on Twitter, before the magazine made an official announcement.

“Didn’t know this was coming out yet! I’m so happy to be #1 on Maxims HOT 11! [sic] #myfanskissa-- #dreamsdocometrue.”

Fans voted for their favorite women in the creation of the Hot 100 list. Last year, Cyrus was No. 68 on the Maxim list. She beat out last year's No. 1 hot woman, model Bar Refaeli.

"It feels amazing to be No. 1 especially because it was voted on by the fans. I have the best fans in the world!" Cyrus said. "It's every woman's fantasy to be told she's No.1 on Maxim's Hot 100! So crazy!"
