Meek Mill still hasn't announced a release date for his mixtape "Dreamchasers 4," even though he's been releasing snippets of songs for the past few weeks. The 28-year-old rapper even held a listening party in Philadelphia on New Year's Eve.

So what's the holdup? On Friday, DJ Akademiks took to Twitter to tell fans that he thinks Mill may be "nervous" to drop "Dreamchasers 4" because of how people will react to it.

The mixtape has been getting a lot of buzz because it will supposedly include songs dissing Drake. It will also be the first time Mill has released a diss song aimed at the Toronto rapper since "Wanna Know," which received a lukewarm response.

As previously reported, DJ Akademiks has been posting several snippets of Mill's "Dreamchasers 4" mixtape on Twitter, including the rapper's remix to Drake's diss song "Back to Back."

Mill also threatened Drake in an untitled song, rapping: "I can't wait till we run on ya, I'm gonna put a gun on ya. I do not f--- with these industry n---.”

While Mill is getting ready to release "Dreamchasers 4," Drake is preparing for the release of his new album "Views From the 6." The 29-year-old rapper hasn't announced a release date for his project either, but it's rumored that it will drop this month.

Drake told the crowd at his New Year’s Eve party Thursday that “Views From the 6” will be coming "very soon.”
