Along with no jackpot win following the latest lottery drawing, none of the other players became instant millionaires.

If a ticketholder would have hit theMatch 5, they would have won $1 million. If the player would have hit the Match 5 with the 3X Megaplier, they would have won $3 million.

The next Mega Millions drawing will be worth an estimated $22 million, with a cash option of $14.5 million. The numbers will be drawn on Tuesday.

Even though there were no grand prize winners, several other smaller prizes resulted from the night. Ten players hit the Match 4 plus the gold Mega Ball and won $10,000 each.

Only four players were able to hit the Match 4 plus the gold Mega Ball with a 3X Megaplier purchase, winning $40,000 apiece. The other Mega Millions wins from the night ranged between $2 and $1,500.

The latest drawing comes after a player from New York hit the Tuesday jackpot for $128 million with a cash payout of $85.8 million. The jackpot amount was initially worth $126 million, but the value increased due to strong sales.

It marks the first New York Mega Millions jackpot win since September 2021, when a player won a grand prize of $432 million.

Jackpot winners have the option to receive their winnings through a one-time lump sum payment or an annuity. Those who chose the annuity receive one immediate payment that is followed by 29 annual payments that increase by 5% each year.

Mega Millions can be played in 45 states as well as the U.S. Virgin Islands and the District of Columbia.
