There were no winners following the Mega Millions Tuesday night drawing worth an estimated $396 million with a cash value of $273.6 million.

The winning Mega Millions numbers were 3, 12, 38, 53, and 58, with a gold Mega Ball of 13. The Megaplier was 3X.

Even though the latest lottery drawing failed to yield a grand prize winner, some players were able to become instant millionaires.

A player from Texas hit the Match 5 and won $1 million. Meanwhile. A player in Rhode Island managed to hit the Match 5 with a Megaplier purchase, which put their winnings for the night at $3 million.

However, they weren’t the only winners, several other players were able to win smaller monetary prizes from the Tuesday drawing.

Twenty-six players hit the Match 4 plus the gold Mega Ball and won $10,000 each. There were only four players who hit the Match 4 plus gold the Mega Ball with a 3X Megaplier purchase, winning $30,000 apiece. The rest of the Mega Millions prizes from the night were between $2 and $1,500.

The next Mega Millions drawing will have a jackpot worth an estimated $421 million with a cash option of $290 million. The numbers will be drawn on Friday, Jan. 28.

The latest jackpot comes after a man in Maryland won $1 million after winning the Match 5 from the Jan. 18 lottery drawing. The 42-year-old man revealed he plans to use his winnings to pay off his mortgage and create a college fund for his kids.

The last time someone hit the jackpot was on Oct. 22, when a family from Arizona won a $108 million grand prize with a cash option of $75.2 million.

Lottery winners can choose to receive their winnings through a one-time lump sum payment or an annuity. Those who opt for the annuity receive one immediate payment that is followed by 29 annual payments that increase by 5% every year.

Mega Millions can be played in 45 states as well as the U.S. Virgin Islands and the District of Columbia.
