The Mega Millions drawing on Tuesday did not yield a grand prize winner for the $465M jackpot. The unclaimed prize will now grow to $510M with a $266.8M cash value for the Friday night jackpot drawing.

The Mega Millions winning numbers drawn on Tuesday, Dec. 20, were 3, 4, 33, 36, and 52, with the gold Mega Ball of 17. The Megaplier was 4X. The cash option would have been $243.3M.

If Friday night's drawing results in a grand prize winner, the estimated prize would mark the 11th largest jackpot in Mega Millions history.

Since the Mega Millions game began in May 2002, there have been 11 winning jackpots worth $500M or more, including three billion dollar prizes.

Even though a grand prize winner didn't emerge from the Tuesday night drawing, four players became instant millionaires. Ticket holders from Arizona, Kentucky, Louisiana, and Texas hit the Match 5 and won $1M each.

If the players purchased the Megaplier, they could have increased their prize to $4M.

Nineteen players hit the Match 4 with the gold Mega Ball and won $10,000. However, one of those tickets used a Megaplier and pushed their prize to $40,000.

The rest of the Mega Millions wins from Tuesday evening ranged from $2 to $2,000.

Mega Millions jackpot winners can receive the prize through a one-time lump sum payment or an annuity. Those who opt for the annuity receive one immediate payment, followed by 29 annual payments that increase by 5% each year.

Mega Millions drawings are held on Tuesdays and Fridays at 11 p.m. ET.
