Meghan Markle Acting Gig Shocker: Duchess Could Star In Rom Com Movie, Not Disney

Meghan Markle previously sparked rumors that she could star in a Disney movie after Prince Harry spoke with the CEO of the company last year.

But according to Ladbrokes spokesperson Jessica O’Reilly, this is unlikely to happen. In fact, the statement that what Meghan wants, Meghan gets doesn’t seem to apply to her future roles.

“The odds instead favor her acting career to return with a rom-com,” he told Express.

Markle’s odds to star in a rom-com movie are currently at 3/1. The odds of Prince Harry’s wife starring in a comedy movie are currently at 7/2. The odds for the “Suits” alum to land a role in drama are at 5/1.

However, the odds for Markle to star in a Disney/Pixar film, a thriller or horror project, and sci-film film are much lower at 6/1, 10/1, 14/1, 16/1, 20/1 respectively.

Meanwhile, Markle also made headlines this week after she was blamed for turning her husband into an awful sad man. According to royal photographer Arthur Edwards, the Duchess of Sussex was actually acting during her first year as a royal, and she played a really good part.

“She is an actress and for the first year, I thought she was wonderful. I thought she was a great ambassador for the country. I now realize it was acting. I think she was playing a very good part. They say Meghan gets what Meghan wants but I’ll tell you this, she’s lost the love of the British public and she’s got to work very hard to get that back. It feels like Meghan had made her mind up. Nothing was going to keep her in the UK in the end,” he told TalkRADIO.

Edwards also said that the producer that would cast Markle in future projects would earn a lot because the public would want to see Prince Harry’s wife on the big screen soon.
