Meghan Markle may have made a fashion faux pas during her latest outing with Prince Harry.

On Monday, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex stepped out together for the Coach Core Awards. For the event, Markle wore a blue Oscar de la Renta top and paired it with black Alturazza trousers. However, some fashion experts are apparently not digging the color combination.

Christine Younan, a journalist for Daily Star, said the combination of blue and black is a big no-no in the fashion world. As a result, Markle's choice may not receive thumbs up from fashion enthusiasts.

But there are different takes when it comes to this fashion rule. For Dean Handspiker, vice president of design at men's suit company Indochino, the two colors can "absolutely" work together, but there's a condition.

"The look has to be intentional and perfectly polished," Dean told Huffington Post. "If you haven’t considered the details, and the fit and fabrics are out of style, then it will look like you got dressed in the dark."

Meanwhile, at the event, Markle impressed her fans by playing basketball in heels. She also reminded fans of her sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, who has been photographed playing different sports in heels too.

In related news, Markle revealed that she has stopped watching USA Network's "Suits." Markle catapulted to fame after playing the role of Rachel Zane in the series.

According to People, the Duchess of Sussex was asked if she has already watched the new season and said, "No." The former actress didn't bother to explain and immediately turned the conversation back to Coach Core.

Markle and her on-screen partner, Patrick J. Adams, both announced their departure from the series after Season 7. Katherine Heigl joined the cast of Season 8 to fill the void that the two characters left.

Heigl admitted that she's a huge fan of the legal drama series even before she joined the cast. "They're really just confident and comfortable in their own skin," Heigl told TV Line about the characters that she loves in the show."They have flaws, and they have insecurities, for sure, but they're not afraid to push boundaries. They're not afraid to push back."
