Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle are often compared for every little thing that they do. The latest comparison between the Duchess' has to do with how they treat other people, more specifically, the staff. According to a royal insider, Kate wins in this category.

"She [Kate] takes the time to listen to ideas from the most junior members in her team," the source told The Daily Mail. "Afterwards they’ll say, 'Wow, she knows my name. She asked me what I thought.' She is also loyal and 'if you make a mistake will back you regardless.'"

This royal insider's account of the Duchess of Cambridge's interactions with staff is much different than what Express reported of Meghan late last year. The publication reported that the Duchess of Sussex had been branded "Duchess Difficult" because she is apparently "difficult and demanding" to work for.

If these claims are true, perhaps the difference between Kate and Meghan could be attributed to how they grew up. As previously reported, sources close to Kate claim the 37-year-old's values are what makes her different and more popular than the former "Suits" star.

"Kate’s view is that Queen, country and family come first. She is very clear on her priorities and the values that guide how she lives and works,” the insider shared.

Her English upbringing, along with that fact that she likey one day be Queen, surely play a role in how Kate carries herself and treats others.
