A national survey recently revealed that Kate Middleton is still more popular than Meghan Markle. But the Duchess of Sussex also received thousands of supporters from the United Kingdom.

In the survey conducted by Tatler, it was revealed that 44 percent of the respondents said that they prefer the Duchess of Cambridge over the Duchess of Sussex. Approximately 11 percent of the respondents said that the opposite and 12 percent said that they don’t know which royal to choose.

Among the 2,000 Britons that were surveyed by the publication, it was revealed that 55 percent of the respondents think that Markle has been good for the royal family. However, 45 percent of the respondents think that she hasn’t been good for the British clan.

In August, Middleton and Markle were also pitted against each other in the YouGov poll. Results also revealed that Middleton is more popular than Markle. Out of the 9,000 respondents, 64 percent said that they like Prince William’s wife while 10 percent said that they didn’t.

Only 49 percent of the respondents said that they like Markle and 16 percent had a negative opinion about Prince Harry’s wife. According to Express, it is possible that Britons like Middleton more than Markle because she has been part of the royal family much longer.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge tied the knot on April 29, 2011. Markle and Prince Harry, on the other hand, only got married last year.

Prince William and Middleton have also most past all of the criticisms and negative press that they have received at the beginning of their relationship. But Prince Harry and Markle are still facing endless backlashes from every single thing that they are doing.

This must have also impacted the votes that the “Suits” alum received in the recent polls. Additionally, Prince William and Middleton also have more social media followers than Prince Harry and Markle.
