Meghan Markle may be experiencing discomfort in her pregnancy.

There are rumors that the Duchess of Sussex is due in February. If the reports are true, then Markle is already in the third trimester of her pregnancy.

Milli Hill, author of “The Positive Birth Book,” claimed that at this stage, the pregnancy royal will experience discomfort. At the same time, it’s also the most exciting stage because the expectant mom will soon see her bundle of joy.

"The third trimester is a time when you start to feel ‘really pregnant’ and for some women, but not all, this can come with some discomfort such as pelvic pain, indigestion and trouble sleeping,” Hill explained to Express.

In addition, pregnant moms at this stage usually go for a wee more frequently which can be annoying especially in the night. Markle meditates every morning and is likely to continue this as normal despite her possible disrupted sleep. Hill noted that one can still continue with her daily routine unless advised otherwise by health professionals.

Aside from the aforementioned discomfort, this is also the most exciting stage. “It’s a time to really get excited about the big change in your life that’s getting closer, and about meeting your baby for the first time,” Hill explained.

The expert also noted that it is at this time when Markle has to make big decisions about her delivery. She has to focus on the kind of birth she wants. Hill recommends making a great plan including contingency plans.

“For example, although Meghan is rumoured to want a home birth, she might like to consider other scenarios and how she can keep feeling in control, listened to and respected, even if her baby is eventually born in hospital or via caesarean,” the author added.

According to reports, Markle has a different birthing plan to her sister-in-law Kate Middleton. The Duchess of Cambridge gave birth to her three children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis in St. Mary’s Hospital. There are rumors that the Duchess of Sussex wants to give birth at home.

Meanwhile, another insider claimed that if Markle would give birth to a hospital, she won’t choose the one where Middleton delivered her babies and would instead opt for the same hospital where Sophie, Countess of Wessex gave birth years ago.
