Meghan Markle has different birthing plans from Kate Middleton.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex might welcome their firstborn next month. According to one royal biographer, Markle will not follow the traditional royal birthing plans of giving birth in a hospital because the former actress and the expectant dad have been looking at their options.

“There is even some talk that Meghan, who has had a straightforward pregnancy so far, might opt for a home birth, although given this is her first baby, doctors will likely advise a hospital birth,” Katie Nicoll, a Vanity Fair royal correspondent said.

Markle has been living a healthy lifestyle. She loves yoga and meditation. The duchess has also been reading natural-birthing techniques including hypnobirthing, which the Duchess of Cambridge reportedly used in each of her labors.

There were rumors that Markle’s mom, Doria Ragland, was taking “granny lessons.” Insiders claim that she would be there when Markle delivers her baby. The duchess prefers to have her mother around than hire more staff to help her look after her child. However, although Ragland is expected to see Prince Harry and Markle upon the arrival of their baby, she reportedly has no plans to stay in London for good.

In related news, Markle’s due date remains unconfirmed but the new favorite is February. A number are convinced that Prince Harry and Markle could welcome the new addition to their family next month. The speculations about an earlier due date sparked when the pregnant royal told one fan that “we are nearly there” when asked if she’s excited.

Initially, royal fans were convinced that Markle and Prince Harry have to wait until April to see their first baby. Meanwhile, Jane Mayhead, a senior trichology consultant at The Private Clinic of Harley Street, revealed in December that Markle could be six months along. The expert noticed that the Duchess of Sussex was starting to have thicker locks.

According to her, pregnant women usually experience this on the six-month mark due to hormonal changes. These cause increased hair volume because hair is less frequently renewed and replaced.

Prince Harry and Markle will be moving to Frogmore House before their baby’s arrival. The couple decided to make Windsor their new home and leave Kensington Palace.
