Worlds collided when royal couple Meghan Markle and Prince Harry met up with celebrity couple Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez in Miami on Thursday. The double-date occurred following the JP Morgan summit.

Entertainment Tonight reports that the two couples did not, in fact, have dinner together as some outlets previously stated. Instead, the four of them, who are all parents, mostly discussed their kids.

Meghan and Harry have a 9-month-old son named Archie, while Lopez and Rodriquez have 4 kids: 11-year-old twins Max and Emme, 11-year-old Ella, and 15-year old Natasha. According to the source, the couples also discussed meeting up again in the future to hang out in a “less formal” setting.

According to Page Six, Lopez was heard inviting Meghan and Harry to bring Archie along to their Miami home to spend some time with the couple and their kids.

As to why Meghan and Harry attended the summit, the Duke of Sussex apparently spoke to the crowd during the event. While the Duchess didn’t, this event marks the first time that either she or Prince Harry have made a public appearance since stepping back as senior members of the royal family.

The couples apparently discussed the big things going on recently in their lives, which has been looking rather busy for all four. Recently, there was the aforementioned Megxit with Meghan and Harry, which has taken them back and forth between Canada, the U.S., and the U.K. Then there’s Lopez, who had her Super Bowl performance alongside Shakira last week. She also attended the 2020 Academy Awards on Sunday with her fiancé Rodriguez.

Lopez starred in the critical hit film “Hustlers,” which many fans believed should have earned Lopez her first Oscar for Best Actress -- a snub that has upset many fans.
