Prince Harry and Meghan Markle sent thank you cards to their fans to extend their gratitude to them.

According to Daily Mail, the royal and the "Suits" actress are very thankful and happy for those who wish them well on their engagement. Thus, Prince Harry and Markle sent out thank you cards to them.

In the photos shared by the publication, Prince Harry and Markle's thank you cards have the official Kensington Palace crest. It also includes a photo of the couple during their engagement announcement.

However, the publication noted that Prince Harry and Markle's thank you cards were too similar to the one Kate Middleton sent on her birthday in February 2016. Some words were only changed to cater to the occasion.

"Prince Harry and Ms. Meghan Markle were incredibly touched that you took the trouble to write as you did in connection with their forthcoming Wedding," the newly engaged couple's thank you card read. "It really was most thoughtful of you and greatly appreciated. His Royal Highness and Mr. Markle send you their warmest thanks and very best wishes."

"The Duchess of Cambridge was touched that you took the trouble to write as you did on the occasion of her birthday. It really was most thoughtful of you and Her Royal Highness sends you her warmest thanks and best wishes," Middleton's birthday thank you card read.

The similarities in the format and the content of the two thank you cards are unquestionable. Meanwhile, it has been among the traditions of the royals to send thank you cards to their fans and followers whenever there are occasions and celebrations.

Prince William and Middleton also released a family thank you Christmas card following the warmth support and response they received after releasing their family holiday card in December. Their thank you card includes a family photo that was taken during the Trooping the Colour in June 2017.

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince George and Princess Charlotte are most grateful for the kind message you so thoughtfully sent for Christmas. Their Royal Highnesses send you their warmest thanks, with very best wishes for Christmas and for the New Year," the message read.
