  • Meghan Markle is predicted to make a pregnancy announcement this year
  • The Duchess of Sussex is predicted to give birth in the United States
  • Meghan Markle could get into politics in the United States

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry just announced their decision to step back from being senior royals. Immediately after, predictions regarding the royal couple’s next moves became rife.

According to TMZ, the odds for Markle to announce her second pregnancy this year are at ¼. Netizens who are betting $100 for Markle’s second pregnancy will only earn $25 because there are claims that an announcement will really be made very soon.

And since Prince Harry and Markle revealed that they will be splitting their time between living in London and North America, the odds for the Duchess of Sussex to give birth outside England also increased.

The odds that Markle would give birth in the United States or in Canada are at 7/10. Thus, a $100 bet will generate a $70 win.

Meanwhile, since Prince Harry and Markle are no longer considered as senior and working royals, the royal couple is basically free to do whatever they want. As such, there are predictions that Markle could have a career in politics.

The odds of the Duchess of Sussex became a politician are at 8/1. And a bet on Prince Harry becoming a civil servant are a 10/1. This means that a $100 bet for Markle’s possible political career could generate an $800 win, while a bet on Prince Harry’s civil service gig could generate a $1,000 win.

On Twitter, some royal fans are convinced that Markle would get into politics and eventually run for president of the United States.

“Meghan Markle will eventually enter politics and possibly run for president,” Twitter user @andr2301 said.

“@simonjenkins4 speaking on yesterday’s @bbcnewsnight hoping Meghan Markle would enter US politics & run against Ivanka Trump has to be the best comment on #TheRoyalWedding to date!” Twitter user @onions77 said.

Meanwhile, bookmakers Coral slashed their odds for Markle to make a pregnancy announcement and to welcome her second child this year.

Spokesperson Harry Aitkenhead told Daily Star that Markle’s announcement could take place at any point in 2020. Kate Middleton and Princess Eugenie are also predicted to get pregnant this year.

But until today, Markle, Middleton, and Princess Eugenie have not yet made any announcements.
