Meghan Markle's estranged sister, Samantha Markle, called her out for "negligence" after their dad Thomas Markle Sr. was rushed to the hospital earlier this week.

Samantha said they still haven't heard from the Duchess of Sussex, days after their dad was hospitalized due to a stroke. She urged Prince Harry's wife to stop "watching and doing nothing." She also described Markle's lack of involvement with their dad as "elder abuse."

"He's been through so much," Samantha, 57, said on "Dan Wootton Tonight," Page Six reported. "Two heart attacks, a pandemic and now a stroke. None of us have heard from Meghan — that's negligence."

The "Diary of Princess Pushy's Sister Part 1" author added that their 77-year-old dad "doesn't have a lot of time," so if Markle will still choose to ignore their father, then she would "have to live with that [decision] for the rest of her life."

"If she can't find it in her heart, or have the moral conscience to step forward, then shame on her," she continued.

Wootton asked Samantha if Markle paying for their dad's medical costs would help. The latter replied, "She sees all of this. I'm getting the feeling that I would be spinning my wheels to try and appeal to her heart now."

Samantha confirmed their dad's condition in a statement to Daily Mail on Tuesday. According to her, Thomas suffered a major stroke and the Markle patriarch "just needs some rest." However, she also seemingly blamed the Duchess of Sussex for their dad's health condition.

"It's a travesty how much he's been tortured and how much he's had to go through thanks to my sister's disregard the past few years," she added. "That is unforgivable."

On Monday, the former light director was rushed to a hospital in Chula Vista, California, via an ambulance around 9:30 p.m. He was reportedly unable to speak and had to write down his symptoms on a piece of paper.

Karl Larsen, Thomas' co-host in his YouTube show "Remarkable Friendship," told Us Weekly that he "lost his voice" before being picked up in an ambulance.

"He couldn't talk, and then he wrote down that he lost his voice and that he was having a stroke," the 53-year-old celebrity photographer told the outlet. "A neighbor rushed him to Rosarito hospital, and then he was transferred to a hospital in Chula Vista across the border. This was last night. The neighbor was with him."
