Melissa McCarthy Models Melissa McCarthy Seven7 Designs For Holiday Ads

Melissa McCarthy has featured in the holiday 2015 campaign for her eponymous label. The actress and comedienne debuted her fashion line Melissa McCarthy Seven7 in September. McCarthy posed for the camera while wearing a few of her own designs.

She modeled several pieces from her collection including blouses, cropped denim, high waist skirts. The 45-year-old showed off her crystal-adorned tops, black skinnies and her signature high-heeled pumps. She flaunted her funny side when she posed in her clothes wrapped in holiday lights and wreaths.

The light hearted, stylish and fun campaign also included a few of her friends posing in her designer outfits. The pictures are clicked in a huge hall with a big Christmas tree, decorated with lots of trinkets, jewels and gifts. In one picture Melissa models denims and a top.

She smiles away at the camera while holding on to a little teddy on the Christmas tree. The actress’s hair is side swept and she wears a pair of nude peep toe heels. The second picture shows her wearing a sparkly skirt and a black top with sparkle detailing on the shoulders.

Melissa tops off her outfit with black winged eyeliner, red lipstick and black manicure. Her brunette tresses are kept side swept. She wears black strappy peep toes.

In the last picture Melissa poses with five friends, who wear her designs. She wears a black long sleeve top and tights and ankle-length high heels. Holiday lights are wrapped all over her body.

The “Bridesmaid” actress’s holiday collection includes party wear designs including sparkly skirts and jumpsuits and also comfortable track pants and jeweled sweatshirts. The campaign has been photographed by Brian Bowen Smith. “It’s fitting it was a holiday shoot. It felt like a party,” photographer said, talking to E! News.

He said shooting with Melissa was great as she was “shocker funny.” He added that the actress knew what she wanted and how to achieve it. Talking about her line, Bowen Smith said that it was full of life and love, just like her.

The collection is available at Lane Bryant, Macy’s Nordstrom, Belk, Bloomingdale’s, HSN and her website. All her designs are reasonably priced under $150.
