Mike Tyson revealed that he is still regularly training and is in the best shape of his life.

Tyson has been officially retired for nearly 15 years. But despite being done with professional boxing, the 53-year-old legend still has an intimidating appearance. His physique has never deteriorated though he wasn’t as muscular as he was in his prime. And in a recent video conference interview, Tyson once again seemed fit and healthy.

Many believe that Tyson was in his best fighting form during the mid to late 80’s, around the same time when he became the youngest world heavyweight champion in history. But according to “Iron Mike,” his current form is the best shape he has ever had in his entire life.

“I’m in the best shape I’ve ever been in my totally life of existence. I have no complains. This is the best time of my life. As a human being, I feel like sky is the limit (and) nothing could go wrong,” Tyson told WBC president Mauricio Sulaimán in a recent interview via Zoom.

“I am very fit. The best I ever been in my life. I’m training everyday,” Tyson added.

Tyson later revealed that because of his fit body and good physical condition, he is now planning to get his whole body tattooed up from neck to toe.

“The other day, I was thinking about just getting a tattoo. I’m in such good physical condition. I was just thinking about getting my whole body inked up,” Tyson revealed .

The former heavyweight champ also admitted that he is very happy with his life right now. Though he’s evidently not making as much as he used to back in the day, he likes making some money for his family and enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

Sadly, fans may never see Tyson step inside the ring once again as he has repeatedly dismissed the possibility of a boxing return. But in most of his recent interviews, Tyson seemed open to talk about his boxing career.

In fact, during one of his latest YouTube live chat with fans, Tyson surprisingly answered a fan asking him if he thinks he can beat current heavyweight champions such as Anthony Joshua, Tyson Fury and the likes during his prime.

“The Baddest Man on the Planet” was quick to respond “Yes, there’s no doubt” he could beat all current heavyweight champs if he was in his 20s.
