Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth were finally spotted publicly since news broke late last week that they exchanged wedding vows in secret. The lovebirds are also being encouraged by their fans to update their social media amid the wedding rumors.

Just this Thursday, Cyrus and Hemsworth were seen going out for a hike to enjoy the warm weather in Los Angeles. The singer-actress was photographed by Daily Mail appearing to be makeup-free while donning black leggings and a white T-shirt with long sleeves. On the other hand, the “Hunger Games” actor was seen pulling off a laidback combo of an Adidas tank top, black shorts, a baseball cap and sunglasses.

Since this is the couple’s first sighting after rumors saying they had secretly tied the knot last week surfaced, many of their fans encouraged them to address the issue personally or simply update their social media accounts on their whereabouts. Hemsworth has not posted anything on Instagram for three weeks now which is not really unusual considering he typically shared snaps on the site with weekly intervals.

As for Cyrus, her fans are concerned that she’s been away from social media for two weeks now. “Just please post something,” one fan wrote. “I miss the times when you used to post 10 times a day,” another commented. Another fan also encouraged the “Wrecking Ball” hitmaker to address the wedding rumors by posting something on Instagram. “Miley, come back and tell us the truth please.”

Last Friday, Miley’s father Billy Ray Cyrus caused a huge stir online when he shared on social media a photo of the “Hannah Montana” star smiling while donning a white boho chic dress. Fans and entertainment news outlets quickly jumped into the conclusion that the 24-year-old singer and her 27-year-old beau got married clandestinely.

Following the clamor on whether the two have indeed walked the aisle, Cyrus’ manager told Us Weekly that she and Hemsworth did not get married and that the photo was simply a picture of the Hollywood celeb smiling while wearing a white dress. Billy Ray also addressed the issue and told people to not jump the gun, but he’s also glad that many continue to show their love to his daughter.

Even Miley’s younger sister Noah denied the wedding rumors. The blossoming singer, who recently released her debut album “NC-17,” attended the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards last week and she told the media that the “We Can’t Stop” singer is “not married.”
