Only days after she was first reported missing, the family of Utah woman Kelly Glover confirmed Saturday that her body was found by authorities in South Florida.

Glover, 37, had been in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, for a work trip. She worked as a project manager with CHG Healthcare.

She was last seen Thursday at 2 a.m. in security footage from the Westin Hotel. In the video, she can be seen walking downstairs without her shoes, wearing a white shawl and carrying a water bottle. No footage was found that shows her outside.

“It is with broken hearts we share that Kelly Glover’s body was found around 12pm ET on January 11th,” Glover’s husband Adam Bremer confirmed in a Facebook post. “Funeral arrangements will be in Salt Lake City and announced when we have details. The family thanks everyone for their support and generosity during this time.”

Adam Bremer flew to the area to aid in the police search.

As the investigation is ongoing, little is known about the circumstances of Glover’s death or how her body was discovered.

Local news station WPLG-Channel 10 reported Saturday afternoon that police were seen removing a body from a large lake near the hotel.

Police initially deployed dive teams to search a nearby body of water. Later, they employed a helicopter and a team of dogs in their search.

Glover had been staying with a friend who first reported her missing after she did not return for several hours.
