Tyler Posey isn’t going to let a little rain and hail ruin his red carpet. The “Teen Wolf” star embraced the bad weather before Sunday’s MTV Movie and TV Awards at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on Sunday.

While many ran for cover after the weather took a turn for the worst, it seems Posey stuck around. Photos show him jumping into the puddles of hail, looking like he is having a great time despite the terrible conditions.

The actor, who stars in MTV’s “Teen Wolf,” stuck around to meet the fans who suffered through the weather as well. He took selfies with several of them even after most stars cleared the red carpet.

Before the weather turned wet at the MTV Awards, Posey revealed a sneak-peek video for the final season of “Teen Wolf” along with co-stars Holland Roden and Shelley Hennig. The clip revealed one of the villains from “Teen Wolf” Season 6B: hunters. It looks like the final episodes of “Teen Wolf” will throw it back to an adversary that Scott faced in Season 1.

The video shows the trio running through the woods. Scott (Posey) has a silver bullet, and they aren’t sure if it belongs to Argent (J.R. Bourne). Is he hunting werewolves again? He has been an ally for years at this point and was even getting close to Scott’s mom Melissa (Melissa Ponzio) recently, but he may have returned to his roots.

If Argent is hunting werewolves again, he isn’t the only one. Scott hears a group of heartbeats — all hunters seemingly coming for his pack. It looks like he didn’t leave the werewolf drama behind when he graduated high school earlier this year.

The final season already finished filming earlier this year, so Posey knows what the series finale holds for Scott and the pack. It seems the ending will be mostly satisfying, but there will be a couple loose ends. “You’ll get a lot of [your questions] answered,” Posey teased to ET Online. “There’s always going to be stuff where you’re going to be left hanging on — just some minor things — because the way I want ‘Teen Wolf’ to progress, it’s that maybe we come back one day, as a movie or something [or] a TV show again.”

For now, however, the actor is moving on to other projects. He recently scored a gig on The CW’s “Jane the Virgin” as Adam, a mysterious man from Jane’s (Gina Rodriguez) past. He’ll make his debut in the Season 3 finale on Monday, May 22, but that won’t be the last fans see of him. Posey will continue to recur next fall on the dramedy.

“Teen Wolf” Season 6b is set to return to MTV this summer. An exact premiere date has not been revealed yet.
