Twenty-six games into the Philadelphia 76ers' season, trade scenarios for disgruntled All-Star guard Ben Simmons are heating up, according to ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski and Zach Lowe.

“Philadelphia's trade conversations on Ben Simmons gathering momentum in recent days,” Wojnarowski posted on Twitter. “More teams engaged, more two and three-way deal structure talks ongoing as 76ers try to land a Top 25 player for Simmons.”

There have been no reports as to what teams might be interested.

The chances of a trade will improve on Dec. 15, which is when players who signed offseason deals become eligible to be dealt. The trade deadline is Feb. 10.

The Sixers remain adamant about getting a strong return for Simmons. Jack Maloney of CBS Sports reported that 76ers’ president of basketball operations Daryl Morey has made it clear that he is in no rush to trade Simmons and “is willing to wait years, if necessary, to find the right deal."

There has been speculation that Simmons might get traded for Portland Trail Blazers All-Star guard Damian Lillard.

Lillard has denied he's going anywhere.

"I don't know how many times I got to say it,” Lillard told reporters. "My intentions are to be in Portland and to figure it out ... I also know that people are going to continue to have these same conversations because it's fun to talk about but that [expletive] is not accurate."

Simmons has not played this season and has told the 76ers he does not feel mentally prepared to suit up. The Sixers have been fining him throughout the year.

The Sixers (14-12) have the seventh-best record in the Eastern Conference.
