Apart from Microsoft’s Lumia handsets, BLU Win HD and MCJ Madosma, there are not many Windows handsets out there. But now, a new handset dubbed “W6.0 Pro 2” from Funker, running Windows 10 OS out of the box, is now available for preorder in Europe.

Speaking of price, Funker’s W6.0 Pro 2 smartphone will set the buyers back by 380 euros (about $432). The ordered devices will reportedly be shipped starting Aug. 29.

As for specifications, the W6.0 Pro 2 comes with a huge 6.0-inch LTPS display, aided by a full HD screen resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels. Under the hood, this mid-range device comes powered by an octa-core (Qualcomm Snapdragon 617) processor, running at 1.5GHz, and backed by a generous 3GB of RAM. Adreno 405 GPU takes care of the graphics requirement.

When it comes to memory configuration, Funker has housed 32GB of native storage space with microSD card slot to facilitate expansion. Camera-wise, this device sports a good 13-megapixel rear-facing sensor, in addition to a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter for selfies.

Backing the W6.0 Pro 2 is a whopping 3,900 mAh battery cell. It is worth noting that even the recently released high-end flagship devices do not come with such a big battery unit. For instance, the Samsung Galaxy S7 and HTC 10 feature a non-removable Li-Ion 3,000 mAh battery, while LG G5 come with a removable Li-Ion 2800 mAh cell.

Apart from the standard connectivity options, this device also supports 4G LTE, USB Type-C and NFC. Also not-worthy is the support for Windows 10’s Continuum.

Speaking of size, the Funker W6.0 Pro 2 is reportedly 7.9 mm thick and it weighs 176 g. To top it off, this device supports dual-SIM cards. However, at this point, there is no official information available to ascertain the availability of this device outside Europe.

The W6.0 Pro 2 also has a smaller sibling dubbed W5.5 Pro with 5.5-inch display, Win Beta reported.
