Some of the betting lines for Week 3 of the 2018 NFL season have seen significant changes now that Sunday’s games are less than 48 hours away. The Chicago Bears, Seattle Seahawks and Pittsburgh Steelers are no longer favored as heavily as they were when the week began, according to the latest betting odds at OddsShark. The Philadelphia Eagles are up to a touchdown favorite at some sportbooks.

The biggest changes have come in a couple of the late-afternoon games. The Arizona Cardinals were once six-point home underdogs against Chicago, but the point spread is between four and five points at different sportsbooks. The Dallas Cowboys are no longer getting a field goal in Seattle, heading into the weekend as 1.5-point underdogs.

It’s not much of a surprise that the line in Arizona has been bet down. Making Chicago a six-point favorite was an overreaction from gamblers after their win on “Monday Night Football.” Seattle fell to 0-2 in that game, and much of the betting public seems to believe they’ll remain winless following their matchup with Dallas.

The Steelers were projected to be four-point favorites against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers a week ago. Then the Bucs beat the defending champs, Pittsburgh was defeated at home by the Kansas City Chiefs and Antonio Brown failed to show up to the Steelers’ facility Monday. The Steelers are favored by two points at some online sportsbooks. Other oddsmakers have set the line at a point or even a pick’em.

Philadelphia was a six-point favorite at home against the Indianapolis Colts Tuesday. With Carson Wentz set to make his first start of the season, the line is up to a touchdown. Perhaps that will change closer to kickoff since the Eagles will be missing a few key players due to injury. Running backs Jay Ajayi and Darren Sproles have been ruled out. Tackle Jason Peters and wide receiver Alshon Jeffery are questionable.

The Minnesota Vikings remain the biggest favorite of both Week 3 and the season. The Westgate Las Vegas SuperBook has Minnesota favored by 16.5 points against the visiting Buffalo Bills. Most other sportsbooks have the point spread up to 17 points.

The Cleveland Browns won Thursday night as three-point favorites. Six of the remaining 15 games feature betting lines of three points or less.
