There are some very big games on the NFL Week 6 schedule, including important divisional matchups and potential playoff previews. A few teams viewed as Super Bowl contenders are betting underdogs.

In maybe the most highly anticipated contest on Sunday’s slate, Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers are favored on the road over Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Packers are one of the remaining undefeated teams, while the Bucs were upset in primetime a week ago.

The defending NFC champion San Francisco 49ers are getting more than a field goal at home on “Sunday Night Football.” The 49ers are on a two-game losing streak, coming off a 26-point blowout loss in which Jimmy Garoppolo was pulled from the game. The Rams are off to a 4-1 start.

The Kansas City Chiefs are very early favorites over the Buffalo Bills, though the point spread is likely to change after the Bills face the Tennessee Titans Tuesday night. Only some sportsbooks offer a line for the Week 6 matchup between Tennessee and the Houston Texans.

The Pittsburgh Steelers host the Cleveland Browns in the best Week 6 divisional matchup, at least from a record standpoint. The AFC North rivals are a combined 8-1. The undefeated Steelers are favored by more than a field goal over the Browns, who are on a four-game winning streak.

The Indianapolis Colts, who were just beaten by Cleveland, are one of the biggest favorites on the schedule. Indianapolis and its No.1 ranked defense are laying eight points against the Cincinnati Bengals.

The New England Patriots are nine-point favorites over the Denver Broncos, leading all teams in Week 6. The line is only available at some sportsbooks as New England hopes no more players test positive for the coronavirus. This game was supposed to be played in Week 5 but had to be postponed for a week.

The Minnesota Vikings, Baltimore Ravens, Detroit Lions, New York Giants and Miami Dolphins are among the other Week 6 favorites. The Las Vegas Raiders, New Orleans Saints, Seattle Seahawks and Los Angeles Chargers all have a bye.

Here are complete betting lines for all the Week 6 games, including the point spreads and over/unders compiled by OddsShark.
