Each NFL team has five games left on their 2018 regular season schedule. Two-thirds of the league is, at worst, within a game of the playoff picture, and several division leaders are on the verge of clinching a postseason berth in Week 13.

The Los Angeles Rams (10-1) can win the NFC West with a victory Sunday afternoon, and the New Orleans Saints (10-1) would clinch the NFC South with a win and a loss by the Carolina Panthers (6-5). The Kansas City Chiefs (9-2) only have a one-game lead over the Los Angeles Chargers (8-3) in the AFC West, but a win over the Oakland Raiders (2-9) would put them at 10 victories and just about assure them a spot in the playoffs.

The New England Patriots (8-3) have a three-game lead over the Miami Dolphins (5-6) in the AFC East. If the Patriots beat the Minnesota Vikings (6-4-1) and the Chicago Bears (8-3) win on the road against the last-place New York Giants (3-8), Chicago can pretty much guarantee themselves a division title.

The Pittsburgh Steelers (7-3-1) are 1.5 games ahead of the Baltimore Ravens (6-5) in the AFC North, though it’s hard to believe Pittsburgh won’t win the division, yet again. The Houston Texans (8-3) are two games ahead of the Indianapolis Colts (6-5). Baltimore and Indianapolis might be fighting for the No.6 seed in the final week of the season.

The NFC East is the NFL's most unpredictable division. The Dallas Cowboys (6-5) and Washington Redskins (6-5) are tied for first place. The Philadelphia Eagles (5-6) are only a game back. If the Eagles beat the Redskins in Week 13 and the Cowboys lose to the Saints, there will be a three-way tie atop the division. Philadelphia is a 6.5-point favorite and Dallas is a 7.5-point underdog, via OddsShark.

The Seattle Seahawks (6-5) aren’t currently in the playoffs, but they’ve got a good chance to win a wild-card berth. They have key wins over the Panthers and Green Bay Packers (4-6-1) that ultimately could put them in the postseason.

The Denver Broncos (5-6) are the No.10 seed in the AFC, but they are very much alive in the wild-card race. They’ve got an easy schedule and should be favored in their next four games.

The Oakland Raiders (2-9), San Francisco 49ers (2-9) and Arizona Cardinals (2-9) are all candidates to get the No.1 pick in the 2019 NFL Draft. The New York Jets (3-8), New York Giants (3-8) and Jacksonville Jaguars (3-8) aren’t far behind.
