Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban celebrated their 16th wedding anniversary Saturday.

The celebrity couple took to social media to celebrate their wedding milestone. Both took to Instagram and shared snaps from their big day to commemorate the event.

Kidman, 55, shared a throwback photo of them lighting a candle together during their 2006 wedding.

"Remember this like it was yesterday. Forever," she wrote in the caption.

The "Blue Aint Your Color" singer shared a snap of them. In the picture, the couple smiled while wearing dark shades. "HAPPY SWEET 16 BABY xxxx," he wrote in the caption.

Several netizens commented on their respective posts, congratulating the couple for their milestone and wishing them more happy years together.

"Beautiful pic. Awesome. Happy Anniversary. Thank you for being real. God bless you both," one commented on Urban's post. Another added, "You guys are adorable! Wishing you nothing but love and happiness in your next 16 years."

"Happy wedding anniversary," a third user added.

In April, the country singer spoke about his sobriety, which he attributed to Kidman. He said he struggled with addiction to cocaine and alcohol, but his wife prompted him to get help by checking into the Betty Ford Center in Rancho Mirage, California, just months after they tied the knot.

Urban grew up with an alcoholic dad, and it took him a long time to realize that he had drinking problems.

"My dad was an alcoholic, so I grew up in an alcoholic house, and it took me a long time to believe I was wired the same," Urban recently told The Times.

Aside from addressing his addiction problems, his marriage with Kidman also helped change his lifestyle. He stopped partying to be a good example to their two children.

"Life is very different nowadays. I'm trying to set a good example for the kids, but I still don't know if I'm getting it right," he told The Sun last month (via People), adding: "I have made so many mistakes, but you have to work out what works for you. My message to them is always to do whatever they are passionate about, I don't care, as long as they work hard to achieve it."
