Mysterious dark forces of the Union threaten the living world as humans remain unaware. The ultimate weapon, named Cadis Etrama di Raizel, enters a high school as a student to protect the weak and defeat evil in "Noblesse" Episode 1.

Raizel, his trusted butler named Frankenstein and the Union's experimental being, M-21, join a private high school named Ye Ran High School. The official synopsis for "Noblesse" Episode 1 teases the arrival of a radical team of the Union called DA-5.

During the premiere episode, M-21 is forced to make a choice to protect the students. DA-5's arrival is set to complicate things for Raizel and his comrades.

Crunchyroll released a sneak peek of the debut episode showcasing Raizel and Frankenstein meeting M-21 for the first time. Later, M-21 is hired by Raizel to keep an eye on the school.

In an attempt to protect Raizel, his servant Frankenstein enrolls him at Ye Ran High School, where Raizel learns the simple and quotidian routines of the human world through his classmates. However, the Union, a secret society plotting to take over the world, dispatches modified humans and gradually encroaches on Raizel's life, causing him to wield his mighty power to protect those around him. "Noblesse" is based on the original Webtoon manhwa by Kwangsu Lee and Jeho Son. The series is directed by Yasutaka Yamamoto. Akiharu Ishii is credited as the chief animation supervisor and character designer and Sayaka Harada takes care of the series composition.

The cast of "Noblesse" anime includes Tarusuke Shingaki as Cadis Etrama di Raizel, Daisuke Hirakawa as Frankenstein, Ai Kayano as Seira J. Loyard, Hiroki Yamada as Hammer, Akihisa Wakayama as Regis K. Landegre, Jun Kasama as Kranz, Kosuke Onishi as M-21, Katsumi Fukuhara as Shark, Masatomo Nakazawa as Tao, Takeo Otsuka as Takeo, Ryota Iwasaki as Yusuke Tashiro and Yohei Hamada as Manabu Kase.
