Orange is the New Black
"Orange is the New Black" will be back for Season 3. Netflix

Many swarmed New York City Sunday to participate in 2014’s Gay Pride Parade and many of the stars from “Orange is the New Black" were among those in attendance. Lavern Cox was a Grand Marshall for the event and the hit Netflix series had its own float, which carried some of the show’s most beloved characters.

Pride Parades help bring awareness to the fight against AIDS and also remembrance to those who have been lost to illness, violence and neglect and the “OITNB” actors, who seemed pretty elated to be a part of the festivities, took to Instagram to share photos of their time in NYC. Below are some of the posts and pictures from each star on IG.

Many fans of the show were thrilled to hear everyone’s favorite bad girl Alex Vause, who is played by Laura Prepon, would return for Season 3 of the show -- and this time for every episode. Though she appeared in every episode of Season 1, she was only in the first few of Season 2. The cast already is taping its new season now that most of their fans binge watched the second season when it was released in the beginning of June. Prepon recently revealed she and co-star Taylor Schilling, who plays protagonist Piper Chapman, share some major sex scenes in the new episodes they filmed.
