Miranda Kerr just shared her secret to keeping her body fit these days. Orlando Bloom’s ex-wife also recently took to social media to congratulate her fiancé Evan Spiegel over the success of the latter’s company, Snapchat.

On Wednesday, Kerr updated her Instagram account by posting a video of her doing some exercise with her personal trainer. Apparently, the former Victoria’s Secret Angel is into sweating it out these days with the help of a Pilates Reformer exercise equipment. In the clip, the 33-year-old Australian beauty is seen doing three different fitness routines on the equipment while her trainer instructs encourages her to keep going.

Many of Kerr’s fans couldn’t help but praise her and her determination to keep her body fit. One fan wrote: “Have to love a woman who enjoys being fit.” Another fan commented: “Mommy Miranda is surely graceful even when she’s working out to keep her body in shape.”

Kerr has always been very committed to her fitness goals. Last year, she revealed that she prefers to work out in the morning than in the evening. She also shared at the time that she does an hour of yoga and do some Pilates or strength training to tone her muscles, as per Harper’s Bazaar.

“I like to exercise every day, but I mix it up,” Kerr told Body & Soul in 2014. “Sometimes I'll go for a walk or a run, or I'll do Pilates or resistance training. I may even just put some music on and let Flynn (his son with Bloom) dance around while I hold the plank position for 10 minutes to strengthen my core.”

Meanwhile, Kerr congratulated her fiancé last week for the success of Snap. Inc. Spiegel’s company started trading in the New York Stock Exchange early this month and it opened with an impressive $24 a share rate. Kerr was of course by her man’s side when the good news broke, but she still proudly gave a shout-out to her man via Instagram.

Kerr and the 26-year-old billionaire started dating in 2015. They got engaged in July of 2016. In a recent interview with The Times of London, Kerr revealed that she and her beau are saving sex for until they are officially married. “My partner is very traditional. We can’t . . . I mean we’re just . . . waiting,” she was quoted as saying by the publication.
