Orlando Bloom is selling his house, according to sources close to the actor. Bloom has reportedly moved into fiancée Katy Perry’s house, and ex-wife Miranda Kerr apparently doesn’t have problem with her son staying there.

Weeks after Bloom proposed to Perry on Valentine’s Day, a source close to the actor told People that he has been living in the singer’s house because it is “much more private.” Since he won’t be using his old home anymore, he is reportedly selling it.

The “Lord of the Rings” actor shares 8-year-old son Flynn with Kerr. According to the source, Kerr “doesn’t have an issue” with her son living in Perry’s house when Bloom has custody.

The source explained that Bloom moving into Perry’s house is a “natural step” after he proposed to her. Perry and Kerr know each other well and get along with each other, according to the source. “Everyone is getting along great,” the source added.

Bloom bought his Beverly Hills bachelor pad for $7 million two years ago. He is now selling the house for $8.999 million, Variety reported. The 4,000-square-foot house has four bedrooms and an equal number of bathrooms. The house also has a dining area and a lounging deck that offers great views of the skyline.

Bloom spent a long time renovating the house, but he didn’t get a chance to live there for long. The house has been described as a bachelor pad, which is not suitable for the actor after getting engaged to Perry.

Perry also sold one of her houses recently. She had a property in California that she sold for just over $9.4 million, Variety reported. The 7,500-square-foot Spanish-style house has four bedrooms, a massive fitness pavilion, swimming pool and a limousine-length garage.
