  • Chyna is suing the Kardashians for upwards of $100 million, alleging that the family defamed her and conspired to ruin her career

Pete Davidson is a supportive boyfriend to Kim Kardashian as her family's legal battle with Blac Chyna continues.

On Thursday, the "Saturday Night Live" star, 28, joined the reality star, 41, at Los Angeles Superior Court, where Chyna's defamation and contract interference case against the Kardashian family — including Kim, Rob Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Kendall Jenner and their mom Kris Jenner — is being heard, Rolling Stone's Nancy Dillon reported.

An unnamed eyewitness told E! News that Davidson was sitting in the back corner of the courtroom. "When Kris and Kylie walked out a little early, they both stopped to hug him in his seat," the source shared.

The comedian was seen embracing and kissing Kim in a hallway after closing arguments ended, and the couple then left through a secure exit, according to Dillon.

Kim took the stand earlier this week, along with mom Kris, sister Khloe and brother Rob.

Chyna — whose legal name is Angela White — is suing the Kardashians for upwards of $100 million, alleging that the family defamed her and conspired to ruin her career by having her spinoff reality series "Rob & Chyna" canceled.

Simultaneously, the model is also suing her ex-fiancé Rob, with whom she shares 5-year-old daughter Dream, for alleged assault, battery and harassment, E! News reported.

When she took the stand Friday, Kris denied having any influence over E!’s decision to ditch Season 2 of "Rob & Chyna" and insisted that she didn't "know what they were filming" for the second season, People reported.

Michael G. Rhodes, who is representing the Kardashian family in the case, attempted to have the lawsuit dismissed, arguing that Chyna has provided "no documentary evidence, economic analysis or expert testimony" in court, Us Weekly reported, citing court documents.

"Before trial began, these claims were absurd," Rhodes wrote earlier this month. "Now that [Chyna] has testified in her entirety, and has no additional testimony or evidence to offer on her damages, Defendants respectfully submit that entering such an instruction would be a vastly inadequate remedy. … Ms. White's unsupported and wildly speculative claims for damages must not be allowed to go to the jury."

The court previously denied the family's petition to dismiss the case in 2020.

Before Davidson's courthouse sighting, he and his girlfriend attended an event in Washington, D.C., together, where Jon Stewart was awarded the Mark Twain Prize for American Humor. The Skims mogul sat beside the comedian, whom she has been dating since October 2021, during the night out.

Last month, an unnamed source told E! News that Kim is "so grateful" for Davidson's support amid her divorce from Kanye West.

"He's really been a great partner and has been there for her through all of this," the source shared. "It's been a very stressful time dealing with Kanye and coordinating the kids with him."

Davidson has been "great" for Kim, and she "has been very happy" with him, an unnamed insider told People.

"All the drama with Kanye is still difficult for her, but Pete cheers her up. They haven't had any drama so far. It's very refreshing for Kim," the tipster said.
