More details about the highly anticipated The Contract DLC, a story-focused expansion coming soon on "GTA Online," have been revealed by popular American rapper Dr. Dre -- a few days before the content goes live.

Rockstar Games surprised "GTA Online" fans a few days ago when it announced a new expansion dubbed "The Contract," is rolling out Wednesday. But, Dr. Dre seems more excited because just recently, he shared more details about the upcoming DLC, including an extended look at one of the musical sequences in it.

Dr. Dre shared these details through a video on Instagram. But, that's not all. The iconic rapper also showed a snippet of a song that fans would soon hear on "GTA Online: The Contract."

The said song features Eminem while the upcoming game update will also feature other iconic artists Like Soop Dog, Busta Rhymes, DJ Pooh and Anderson. Paak. Alongside Dr. Dre's Instgram post, Anderson .Paak also shared a one-minute video of a cutscene and screenshot on the social media platform.

"GTA Online: The Contract" focuses on Franklin and his new celebrity solutions agency and players' character will meet him through Lamar Davis. Gamers will be tasked to take the business to a whole new level.

As part of that plot, "GTA 5" radio host DJ Pooh will reach out to Franklin and will mention a potential client, Dr. Dre. The said client has lost his phone, which is loaded with unreleased new tracks.

Gamers will be tasked to secure these tracks and return them to Dr. Dre. In this expansion, "GTA Online" players will work directly with Franklin, Chop the Dog and a hacker named Imani. They will also travel from Franklin's old home to Los Santos parties to FIB offices and other locations to retrieve the missing tracks.

"GTA Online: The Contract" is a free update and will also introduce new vehicles, new weapons, hit contracts and a lot more.

Rockstar Games described the upcoming update as "an eclectic new radio station from some very special guest hosts, huge first-of-their-kind updates to existing radio stations including a ton of new and unreleased exclusive tracks from Dr. Dre and a heavy-hitting line-up of artists."
