KEY POINTS

  • Ron Jeremy has pleaded not guilty to rape and sexual assault charges
  • He has been dropped by his manager
  • Police have requested other victims of the porn star to reach out to them

The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department announced on Tuesday (June 30) that it is looking for additional alleged victims of porn star Ron Jeremy.

On Friday, Jeremy had pleaded not guilty to rape and sexual assault charges.

Police requested that anyone who believes they had been victimized by Jeremy and anyone with information about possible victims should contact the Special Victims Bureau at 562-946-8232, CBS Los Angeles reported.

Last month, Jeremy was charged with three counts each of forcible rape and forcible penetration by a foreign object and one count each of forcible oral copulation and sexual battery.

The 67-year-old adult film star allegedly raped a 25-year-old woman at a home in West Hollywood in 2014. He was also accused of sexually assaulting two women, aged 33 and 46 at the time, in separate incidents at the same West Hollywood bar in 2017. Jeremy also allegedly raped a 30-year-old woman at the same bar in July 2019.

A 2016 case against the porn star was dropped because of insufficient evidence.

Following the scandal, Dante Rusciolelli, Jeremy’s manager, announced that he was dropping the actor as a client.

Shortly after Jeremy was charged, porn star Ginger Banks, who first exposed the sexual assault allegations against the actor, said she felt "vindicated." She revealed she was groped by Jeremy at the AVN awards in 2016. Multiple women allegedly had similar harrowing experiences with the porn star, Banks said.

"The stories are all the same," she told The U.S. Sun. "People would go up to him and be really excited because they were getting to meet Ron Jeremy and asked to take a picture."

"Sometimes girls would be bent over on porn sets and he'd just penetrate them," she added. "The groping is a very, very similar story. It honestly seems to me that if you met Ron Jeremy and he didn't inappropriately touch you, you're almost in the minority.”

Jeremy holds the record in the Guinness Book of World Records for "Most Appearances in Adult Films." He was the subject of the 2001 documentary “Porn Star: The Legend of Ron Jeremy.”

The actor has also appeared in Hollywood films, music videos and computer games.
